Kepp has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM). These standards explain how we prevent, detect, and respond to CSAE on the Kepp website and mobile apps (the "Service"), in line with Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy and applicable law.
1. Prohibited conduct
The following are strictly forbidden on Kepp:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form.
- Sexualization of minors, grooming, enticement, or solicitation of a minor.
- Trafficking, sextortion, or any exploitation of a minor.
- Links to, or promotion of, any of the above on third-party platforms.
2. Minimum age
Kepp is not directed to children. Users must be at least 16 years old to create an account (see our Terms). We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
3. In-app reporting
Every user can report content or accounts directly inside the app. Each piece of content, collection, and user profile has a Report action with a dedicated "Child sexual abuse (CSAM)" category, and a Block action for abusive users. Reports are reviewed promptly.
4. Our response
- We remove violating content and terminate the responsible accounts.
- We report apparent CSAM to the relevant authorities, including the U.S. National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or competent local authorities, and preserve data as required by law.
- We cooperate with law enforcement requests that are valid under applicable law.
5. What Kepp hosts
Kepp is a link-aggregation and curation tool; saved links point to content hosted on third-party platforms (see our Content Policy). Regardless, the prohibitions above apply to all activity on Kepp, including links and previews, and we act on any CSAE we become aware of.
6. Designated point of contact
For child safety matters, including CSAE reports and questions about these standards, contact our designated point of contact at safety@kepp.social.
