1. Kepp is a curation & link-aggregation layer
Kepp lets people save and organize links to content that lives on other platforms — including X, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and the open web — together with their own notes and collections. When a link is saved, Kepp may store a limited preview (title, thumbnail, short description) derived from the public page or its metadata, purely to identify the link.
2. We do not host or own third-party content
The underlying content remains on the original third-party platform and belongs to its original creators and those platforms. Kepp does not host, store the full media, create, endorse, verify, or control that content. Kepp is not the publisher or source of third-party content and is not responsible or liable for its accuracy, legality, safety, or availability. Previews and links are provided for identification and convenience, consistent with applicable quotation and fair-use principles.
Following any link takes you to a third-party platform governed by that platform's own terms and policies, over which Kepp has no control.
3. Your responsibility
When you save, note, or share content on Kepp, you confirm that:
- you have the right to do so and your use does not infringe anyone's rights;
- you comply with the source platform's terms;
- you do not save or share content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative (especially involving minors), or otherwise prohibited under our Terms.
4. Prohibited content
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — strictly prohibited and reported to authorities.
- Content that incites violence or hatred against protected groups.
- Content that infringes copyright, trademark, or privacy rights.
- Malware, phishing, scams, or links intended to harm users.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery and doxxing.
5. Notice & takedown
If you are a rights holder (or their agent) and believe a link, preview, or note on Kepp infringes your rights or violates this Policy, send a notice to legal@kepp.social including:
- your name and contact details (and the rights holder you represent, if any);
- the specific Kepp URL(s) or item(s) concerned;
- identification of the right or rule you believe is infringed;
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized; and
- a statement, under penalty of applicable law, that your notice is accurate.
We review valid notices promptly and may remove or disable the relevant item. Because Kepp only stores links/previews, removing an item on Kepp does not remove the content from the source platform — please also contact that platform for the original content.
6. Counter-notice & repeat infringers
If your item was removed and you believe this was a mistake, you may send a counter-notice to legal@kepp.social. We terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe the rights of others.
7. Reporting & enforcement
Users can report content or accounts in-app. We may remove content, limit features, or suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Policy or our Terms, at our discretion and as required by law.
